This new year started with an incredible opportunity to pour into 38 ministry students in India who are attending Training Leadership College International based in southern India (January 30-February 3).  I taught these eager and receptive young students through Zoom for about two hours each day.  The first day, we talked about leadership from the perspective of the life of Moses, discussing some of the challenges you face as leaders, both in form of external opposition, but also our own internal struggles.

The next four days, we went through our training on Knowing God’s Voice.  The students really seemed to appreciate the interactive format and practical exercises.  The last day of our time together, I asked Carla to share something with the students.  She offered a short but powerful testimony about forgiveness and seeing people who are difficult for us to love with God’s eyes.

These precious young men and women of God inspired me by their hunger, their thirst and their devotion to serving Jesus.  I hope you’re inspired too.
